Application withdrawal

If you are a student who has submitted an application for any operation twelve program and wishes to withdraw from the applicant pool, please send an email to apply@operationtwelvelab.com including your full name, date of birth and the an edit of the following statement:

[FULL NAME]
[DATE OF BIRTH]

To the URP application review committee,

Thank you very much for considering me for the [NAME OF THE PROGRAM] . However, I would like to withdraw my application.

Withdrawing from a program

Students who have registered for any program, but are no longer planning to attend, have the option to CANCEL their participation prior to the first day of a Session by completing the following steps:

  1. Log in to your staff portal (Red, MyLab)

  2. Navigate to the “Requests” menu.

  3. Select “Petitions”.

  4. Follow the steps outlined to confirm cancellation of your participation.

After the first day of a Session, students who are no longer planning to attend the program have the option to partially or fully WITHDRAW from it.
